0811a80f31 Add Ukrainian (uk) interface translation (#91 )

* i18n #85: add Ukrainian interface translation

Translate the existing 771-entry interface catalog and register Ukrainian
for locale detection and persisted selection. Check full catalog coverage,
count-neutral labels, preference persistence, and bundled Ukrainian glyph
coverage. Validate the translation against Ukrainian dictionaries.
