ambroandBrandon Thomas 12428df221 Italian: fixes from a native speaker review (#1717) ...

Went through the whole Italian catalog. Fixed the ones that were wrong (Mailings is Lettere in Word, Redo is Ripristina, cursor commands say riga) and made some terms consistent (input penna, Disponi testo, Ombreggiatura).

Also marked Italian as reviewed in the localization doc and added myself to people.toml.
