The nine task panes (SmartArt Text Pane, Navigation, Clipboard, Styles,
Style Inspector, Accessibility, Alt Text, Restrict Editing, Comments) are
drawn by craft_ui::panes with the Columns policy: a title bar with a menu
and close button, a resize edge that also takes arrow keys, and F6 to move
between panes and the document. Panes open from the same view flags, in
the same order and at the same default widths; close runs each pane's
existing command.

The Styles pane can dock left or right or float through the pane menu or
the new command view.stylesPaneDock. ui.json keeps its position and float
rect; unknown values read as the defaults.
