Give the exact selected issue priority over overlapping grammar when querying the focus, including reversed selections. Keep point lookup for explicit other positions. Add command and pane regressions for overlapping repeated misspellings, correction and undo. Include command/window/document/canvas integration paths in preview workflow triggers. Preserve historical three-platform evidence while recording f126's successful gate/previews/Windows/Linux and outstanding macOS validation after pre-run cancellations. These address the three CodeRabbit findings on official #4471. Local cargo xtask ci was attempted but cargo is absent; git diff --check passes. New hosted checks must validate this SHA before any claim of success.
