3 people 46d5554f39 Props colours take RRGGBB too: shading, underlineColor, border colour (#1089) ...

Rgb now reads "RRGGBB" / "#RRGGBB" as well as [r, g, b], so every colour
in CharProps and ParaProps takes the hex that format.color, para.borders
and table.shading take, and {"Rgb": "1B1611"} works for color. It is
still written as [r, g, b], so saved documents and settings are unchanged.
