* #1741: list items no longer get the sentence-capital grammar squiggle

The English "Capitalize the first word of a sentence" rule skips the first
word of a list paragraph (own or style numbering); later sentences are still
checked. check_text_with and paragraph_issues take a list_item flag.

Thread the capital-first flag into the Polish, Croatian, Italian, Turkish and
Portuguese grammar rules; test the drawn squiggles through layout() for own,
style and num 0 numbering; tidy the proof test.
