ci: avoid persisting proofing-preview checkout credentials

Set persist-credentials: false for preview tests and join the two newly added documentation blockquotes as requested by review. No Rust source change. Validation: independently reviewed exact workflow and Markdown diffs and tree hashes. Cargo fmt passed on the unchanged Rust source; cargo xtask ci was attempted but blocked by missing local dlltool.exe. Fresh hosted checks are required for this revision.
