Integration: track t04

crates/formats/src/odt.rs: t01's Body::new/take_blocks kept; take_blocks finishes tables with t04's TableB::finish (column widths). Test files: both tracks' tests kept whole. Docs: status lines combined, rows unioned or word-merged.
