skylar taylor-barrick f39c9544eb #1490: test that selected text in value fields is in the strong text colour ...

Selected text in a value field was drawn in the accent on a selection tinted with the same accent, hard to read in every brightness. The tests focus a panel number field and a dialog text field, select their text and read the colours of the glyphs drawn, in all four brightnesses: all must be the strong text colour. Without strong_selected_text the glyphs come out in the accent.
