Don Omondi dc6af04dcc fix(ai-import): read mesh corners whose handle weights are 0 ...

Some files write a handle weight of 0 on some gradient mesh corners. The
reader took only weights of 1, so the mesh and the whole file's layers
were unread. A weight of 0 draws as the same cubic edge against the files'
pages; other weights still leave the mesh unread.
