Jürg Lehni 3f729b6481 FilePick filters own their text, so a dialog's file types can be made at run time: FileFilter is (String, Vec<String>), FilePick::filter makes one from literals and FilePick::filters converts the engine's lists; the macOS save panel, the Linux portal and the rfd dialogs take the owned lists. No behaviour changes.

Fix: the root-argument tests give the app 30 seconds to exit, not 5, which the binary's start alone took on a loaded machine (the workspace's other tests running meanwhile), so they failed there; 30 still catches a desktop that started instead of exiting
