dotCooCoo a9b92d72cc Pencil: the straight-line cursor's description names the Alt exception and the Constrain Angle 
The PencilStraight entry in cursors.toml now says the cursor does not
show while Alt is also held with Alt key toggles to Smooth Tool on, and
that the line follows 45° steps from the Constrain Angle. The parity doc
says the Option/Alt straight line waits for #3959.
