dotCooCoo 958566468a DXF export: dashed polylines continue their linetype around vertices ...

A polyline with a linetype now sets group 70 bit 128, so the dash pattern runs on through its vertices instead of restarting at each corner. This applies to LWPOLYLINE and the R12 POLYLINE.
