KnottyDyes 8d881cc0bc PDF export: warn when raster effects render below the requested resolution ...

The 64 million pixel cap can silently lower raster-effect resolution. Report each original object's id and name with requested and achieved ppi through the existing export warnings, retaining the lowest resolution across its images.

Keep the cap and rendering unchanged, cover capped and uncapped exports, and record the evidence without changing parity scores.
