dotCooCoo e28c08a8b8 Tabs: the position field's label is translated ...

The Tabs panel drew its X: and Y: label untranslated, so French showed
"X:" in place of its catalog's "X :" with a no-break space, and Chinese
showed an ASCII colon. The label now goes through the catalogs, and the
Polish and Vietnamese catalogs get their X: and Y: rows.
