## Summary
Aligns parity checklists with shipped View › Snap to Glyph behaviour (#3124):
when Smart Guides are on, drawing tools snap to live-text baselines and glyph
bounds via `view.snapToGlyph`. Adds a headless test that `view.snapToGlyph`
toggles the UI view flag like Illustrator’s menu item.

## Tests
- `vectorcraft-ui-egui`: `snap_to_glyph_menu_command_toggles_the_view_flag`
- Existing `tools::text_tests::snap_to_glyph_lines_up_new_point_type_with_a_baseline`
