Sarah Wesker a40260a441 Select: saved selections live in the document, are listed in the Select menu and can be edited
Save Selection… asks for a name and keeps the selection in the document (saved with
the file, undoable, at most 25) instead of in session memory keyed by the title.
Each saved selection is listed at the bottom of the Select menu and a click selects
its objects again. Edit Selection… opens a dialog with the list to rename or delete
them, applied together on OK as one undo step (select.editSaved takes `edits`).

The menu stub count in the ROADMAP goes from 16 to 15.
