Double-clicking the Live Paint Selection tool did nothing, and the tool
always selected faces and edges and highlighted them in red at 4 px.
It now opens Live Paint Selection Tool Options with Select Fills,
Select Strokes, Color and Width, the options the reference app's help
page on selecting objects lists.
- With Select Fills off, a click selects the edge nearest the pointer,
as Alt-click does. With Select Strokes off, Alt-click selects the
face under the pointer, as a click does. With both off, a click
selects no face or edge.
- Color (a layer color or a custom color) and Width (1 to 20 px) set
the highlight on the face or edge under the pointer.
- The defaults are the earlier behavior: both selections on, red
(#ff2a2a) and 4 px. The options are tool options (tool.setOption
{tool: "livePaintSelection"}): they last across tool switches and
are saved with the preferences.

A Blob Brush stroke merged with every touching closed path of its
color that had no stroke, and the blob it drew or merged into was
always left selected. The Blob Brush Tool Options had Size only.
The Blob Brush Tool Options now have Keep selected and Merge only
with selection, both off by default. A blob that a stroke draws or
merges into is no longer left selected unless Keep selected is on,
and the rest of the selection stays as it was. While Merge only with
selection is on, a stroke merges only with selected blobs, and with
nothing selected it draws a new blob. The options persist like the
tool's Size, and path.blob takes keepSelected and mergeOnlySelection,
both false by default. Keep selected stays on by default for the
Pencil and Paintbrush.
Docs: docs/target-app-parity.md, docs/control-protocol.md.
A Pencil or Paintbrush stroke always left the path it drew or continued
selected. The reference app's Pencil and Paintbrush options have Keep
selected for this, and VectorCraft's Tool Options had no such row.
The Pencil and Paintbrush Tool Options now have a Keep selected
checkbox, on by default, which keeps today's behavior. When it is off,
a new path is not selected and the selection stays as it was, and a
continued path is removed from the selection while the rest stays. The
stroke is still one undo step. The option persists like the tools'
other options, and path.freehand and brush.freehand take keepSelected.

Double-clicking a tool's button (or tool.options {tool}) now also opens:
- Artboard tool: Artboard Options of the active artboard (the Artboard
tool's while it is in use, else the window's);
- the graph tools: Graph Type for the selected graph (an error without
one), the dialog Object > Graph > Type opens;
- the Symbolism tools: Symbolism Tools Options with the brush the eight
tools share (Diameter, Intensity, Symbol Set Density);
- Magic Wand: the Magic Wand panel.
The Object > Graph dialogs' opener is shared with the toolbar. The new
labels are translated in the eight complete catalogs.

The Flare tool keeps its options (Center: Diameter, Opacity, Brightness;
Halo: Growth, Fuzziness; Rays: on/off, Number, Longest, Fuzziness; Rings:
on/off, Path, Number, Largest, Direction) as persistent tool options,
saved with the preferences. The next flare dragged out uses them (the drag
still sets the centre and diameter, and Up/Down the ray count), a click
with the tool opens them filled in, and double-clicking the tool (or
tool.options {tool: "flare"}) opens them to edit: OK keeps them and draws
nothing. Before, the click dialog was the generic parameter form with
fixed defaults and the drag always used the command's defaults.
The new Flare Tool Options dialog lays the four groups out in two
columns; Rays and Rings have their checkboxes, and every value is kept
within its range. Its labels are translated in the eight complete
catalogs.

`artboard.setProps {scaleArt: true}` maps the art fully inside a resized
artboard (as Move Artwork with Artboard gathers it) and its artboard guides
from the old rectangle onto the new one, each side by its own ratio, in one
undo step, and returns the ids scaled. Strokes, effects and corners follow
Scale Strokes & Effects and Scale Corners (`strokes`, `corners`), pattern tiles
Transform Pattern Tiles (`patterns`); locked and hidden art follows
`lockedAndHidden` (default: prefs moveLockedWithArtboard). The resolved choices
are journaled, so a replay scales the same objects the same way. A move that
keeps the size scales nothing.
The Artboard tool's `scaleArt` option (saved with `moveArt`) makes handle
drags proportional, as the public help describes, keeps them proportional at
the 1 pt minimum, and leaves the scaled art out of the Smart Guide targets.
Move and Scale Artwork with Artboard are check boxes in the Control bar and
Properties' Edit Artboards; the artboard size fields there and in the
Transform panel pass the option. Translated in the eight catalogs that have
Move Artwork with Artboard. docs/mcp.md and the ROADMAP updated.

Double-clicking a Liquify tool opens its Tool Options (dialog liquifyOptions):
the shared Global Brush Dimensions (Width, Height, Angle, Intensity, Use
Pressure Pen), the tool's options (Detail, Simplify with its checkbox, Twirl
Rate, Complexity, Brush Affects, Horizontal/Vertical) and Show Brush Size.
The canvas captures pen pressure from pen/touch force, ui.pointer and MCP
pointer events take `pressure`, and object.liquify takes [x, y, pressure].
Fixes: LiquifyParams::to_json now sends affectAnchors/In/Out; Alt-drag sizes
the brush from its current size (Shift keeps proportions) instead of
collapsing it. Hint-bar text for the seven tools. Registers the MCP Liquify
tests file added in M8.2.

Each tool keeps its options (a table in vectorcraft_tools::settings) when another
tool is chosen, across document switches, and in the saved preferences
(Prefs::tool_settings). The 7 Liquify tools share one set of Global Brush
Dimensions; the Symbolism tools share their brush. tool.setOption takes
{values} and a `tool` (another tool's options are stored for later), returns
the options, and works headless (MCP host command).
