SonarCloud flags every bare [ conditional in bash scripts under packaging/ as a reliability smell (rule S7688). Ports photocraft's release workflow + packaging (signing, notarization, MSI/DMG/deb/rpm/AppImage/web), adds `cargo xtask version`.
