Release: build the web version with craft-fonts too (web-craft-fonts)

Without it the shared release workflow builds the web release without CRAFT_FONTS_DIR, so
web-fonts.txt's startup faces (Arabic, Thai, Georgian) are not served (CodeRabbit review).
