From 43088212859ea256a2733b9281579fbe8507004d Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: gorkematlyn Date: Tue, 20 Oct 2026 20:04:58 +0000 Subject: [PATCH 1/4] UI.7: workspaces keep their layout changes A workspace remembers the changes made in it: switching away keeps them (UiState::workspace_changes, kept with the preferences), switching back restores them, and Reset returns to the saved layout. Saving a workspace starts it with no changes; renaming keeps them, deleting drops them, and deleting the current workspace shows Essentials as it was left. Saved preferences recover a damaged remembered layout instead of losing the whole file. Split from #2965 as a reviewer asked.
