Subject: [PATCH] Web build: show the app icon as the tab and home-screen icon

index.html had no icon link, so browsers requested /favicon.ico and got a 404. Trunk now copies the existing app icon (SVG, 32 px and 256 px PNG) from assets/app-icon into icons/ and index.html links them as icon and apple-touch-icon. No new artwork.
