Ayoze Torres ed0aed5ccb Matroska regression test: assert each case reaches the read it targets ...

The codec-data file now has a valid Info and track up to its oversized
CodecPrivate, and must fail with the end-of-file error from that read;
the block file must probe successfully, so decoding reaches the cluster.
An earlier rejection by anything else would now fail the test instead
of passing it without exercising the oversized read.
