Built-in instruments now open a window with their parameters (driven by mix.instrument_param). The Sampler's window adds a waveform with draggable start and loop markers, Load Sample and Clear. Dropping an audio file on an instrument track or a Sampler window loads it; in the browser the dropped bytes are read and loaded through engine::io::load_sampler_bytes as one undo step.
