Dylan M. Taylor f431791c26 style: use [[ ]], named locals and explicit returns in packaging scripts (SonarCloud S7688/S7679/S7682) (#950)
Bash scripts under packaging/ now use [[ ]] for tests, copy positional
parameters into named locals inside functions, and end env.sh helpers with
an explicit return (bare, so each keeps its exit status). shellcheck clean.
