Fabio LussiandClaude Opus 5.5	3432b52373	Keep later meter changes on their bars when an earlier meter is edited ... set_meter and remove_meter now re-place every later meter event at the bar number it started before the edit, so meter changes stay on bar lines and bar|beat positions round-trip.
