Subject: [PATCH] Import registry in au-host's macOS api module

#988 replaced `use super::*;` in the macOS `api` module with an explicit
list that leaves `registry` out, so soundcraft-au-host, and with it the
app, no longer builds on macOS: four E0433 errors. Linux CI compiles this
module out, so it stayed green.
