IvanandClaude Opus 5.5 ef5688fec3 refactor(cli): one run taking any OsString arguments (#7071) ...

run took &[String] and run_os &[OsString], and run_os only checked
each argument was Unicode before calling run. A single run generic over
Into<OsString> (as clap's try_get_matches_from is) does that check once
and serves main's args_os and the tests' &str slices alike.
