UnemarsandClaude Opus 5.5 0d10f11733 Toolbar colour chips, Color Picker and panel footers, as in Photoshop (#1729) ...

The colour chips sit centred in the toolbar with Default Colors and Switch Colors above them. The Color Picker gains L/a/b radios and the out-of-gamut and web-colour warnings, each with a click to take the nearest colour. Panel footers are a full-width bar with their own mask and adjustment glyphs, keeping the right-click footer menus from #1680.
