Port behavior and regression coverage into current modules; preserve current upstream behavior.
Integrated bounded atomic CSH set parsing, unique shape/group naming and native Shapes panel import with inline-data authorization guards; preserved duplicate-name, inner-hole, malformed-second-record and preferences-reload regressions. Combined independent catalog additions and retained current parity metadata.
