Port behavior and regression coverage into current modules; preserve current upstream behavior.
Use shared zoom-corrected brush resize and HUD while preserving immediate press ownership and anchored outline when hover is absent. Keep original resize regressions. Fix duplicate identical Dissolve test registration and missing test-only UnicodeString import reported by 94-head check.
