As in Photoshop, with several layers selected (Shift-click with Auto-Select,
or the Move marquee) Show Transform Controls draws one frame around all of
them (the Background excluded) and outlines every selected shape layer.
Before, the frame showed only the active layer, so the other selected layers
had no feedback on the canvas. The frame joins the boxes Free Transform would
open on each layer (transform_frame), and it hides while a corner radius
widget is dragged.
Free Transform works on one layer, so the shared frame has no handles and a
press on it doesn't start Free Transform; a drag inside still moves every
selected layer.
