Reynold HuandClaude Opus 5.5 4ed4faee51 Command palette: recently run commands on an empty query (#1824) ...

menus::invoke records each successfully run command (deduplicated, newest first, last 8) and the palette lists them when its query is empty, falling back to the full list in a fresh session. Flips UI-217-7 to done.
