* Web: Place Embedded and canvas drops place images (#5749) File > Place Embedded was disabled in the browser (the engine command reads a path), though the menu path reads the picked file's bytes. Files dropped on the canvas were always opened as new documents. The web shell now tracks the drag position, and drops on the canvas are placed from their bytes.
