David MannandClaude Opus 5.5 a4c7b5ef89 Rotate Canvas Arbitrary: keep the angle at full precision, so rotated crops land on the pixel (#7369) (#7370)
rotate_arbitrary read `angle` as f32. rotated_crop sizes its canvas with
rotated_size at f64 and passes the angle through JSON; near a whole-pixel
ceil boundary the f32 angle grew the canvas 1 px more (1000x1000 at
0.11470651449337071: 1003 instead of 1002), shifting the crop by 1 px.

David MannandClaude Opus 5.5 193f495e5a Perspective Crop and Rotate Arbitrary keep the Background opaque (#7138)
Both filled the Background's uncovered area with the background colour
including its alpha (tools.setColors accepts one), leaving see-through
pixels on a Background. They now use alpha 1, as crop_doc does.

David MannandClaude Opus 5.5 468d1c622a Bitmap mode: validate the halftone screen angle (#4214) (#4215)
Image > Mode > Bitmap (halftone) passed its angle through unchecked: 1e39
became inf as f32, the screen rotation turned it into NaN and an almost
white bitmap was recorded in history; 500 was accepted although the
params doc (and Photoshop's Halftone Screen dialog) says -180..180.

The angle must now be a finite number in -180..=180 and the frequency a
finite number (still clamped to 1..999 lines/inch); otherwise the command
returns BadParams before touching the document.

David MannandClaude Opus 5.5 6c0dcf428b Color Table: keep the transparent index inside the palette (#4186) (#4187)
Replacing the colours could shrink the table while the transparent index
still pointed past its end, so the palette PNG export refused the table.
A stale index is now dropped (pixels end up as with "transparent": null),
and an explicit invalid index (out of range, negative, non-integer) is a
BadParams error before any edit instead of silently keeping the old one.

2d6154a69b Keep Duotone ink colours when converting to RGB, CMYK or Lab (#2383) (#2614)
convert_document treated a Duotone document as plain gray: it converted
the stored gray pixels through the gray profile and dropped the inks, so
the result was neutral gray instead of the inked look the canvas shows.
Fill, text and effect colours stored in Duotone mode were not converted
at all.

Before converting to a colour space, a Duotone document is now inked
into sRGB (Duotone::render, the same model the display uses, with the
inks' sRGB colours), then converted through photocraft-cms to the
destination profile like any RGB document. Grayscale still keeps the
underlying gray. Works per layer at every depth; undo restores the
Duotone document.

xsvmandClaude Opus 5.5 9b69ba89aa image.mode.bitmap: an unknown halftone shape is a bad-params error (#1842)
HalftoneShape::from_id returns None for an unlisted id instead of silently falling
back to Round, and the command fails naming the valid shapes (part of #507).

Elvis33LEandClaude Opus 5.5 adc1f76df4 Indexed Color: integer counts, palette stops and asynchronous previews (#1741)
Indexed Color accepted fractional colour counts and computed its live preview on the UI thread.
Counts are now whole numbers in 2-256 with a linear slider snapping at 8/16/32/64/128/256, and on
native builds the preview runs on one background worker that coalesces slider drags and rejects
stale results. Nearest-colour lookup uses an exact kd-tree above 64 entries (identical indices,
256 colours at 4.2 MP: 3018 -> 1061 ms). Web and inline sessions stay synchronous.

Brandon ThomasandClaude Opus 5.5 f7eb6ea9e7 Format: adopt the craft-family rustfmt.toml and format the workspace
CI's `cargo fmt --all -- --check` has failed on every run because the
repo had no rustfmt config and was never formatted. Use the same settings
as EffectCraft/FilmCraft (max_width 160, use_small_heuristics Max), which
also keeps the churn small. Formatting only; no code changes.
