Subject: [PATCH] test: use tokio::time::sleep in async test poll loop
 (SonarCloud rust:S7488)

The multi-thread #[tokio::test] polled with a blocking std::thread::sleep,
stalling a runtime worker. Use tokio::time::sleep(..).await instead.
