Eugene HindererandClaude Opus 5.5 16d9198077 fix: render CCITT Group 4 images that declare /Rows 0 (#1903) ...

ISO 32000-2 Table 11 defines /Rows 0 (the default) as "height not
predetermined", but the vendored hayro-syntax decoder took it as zero
rows, so scanned pages written that way rendered blank. Treat 0 like an
absent /Rows and fall back to the image height.

Adds a synthetic regression test: an 8x4 all-black Group 4 stream,
hand-encoded from ITU-T T.6, rendered with /Rows absent, 4 and 0. It
fails without the patch.
