Use matrix resizing whenever image axes are turned or reflected on screen, including document and view rotation. Share the visible grip geometry for cursor claims and hit routing, and use only the drawn rotate knob. Map flip labels to the visible axis and defer Cut selection clearing to its result.

Regressions cover all page/view rotation combinations and 64 outward drags across every grip, asserting fixed anchors and pointer tracking for upright and rotated images.
