sanches cfeaa8a996 Merge main: resolve ATTRIBUTION hashes and add Next/Previous tab ...

Upstream moved the Hungarian catalog and std14_metrics forward and added
the Next tab / Previous tab labels (document-tab cycling); the four new
catalogs translate both, and their ATTRIBUTION.toml hashes are
recomputed. The manifest check passes with 274 repository assets.
