Adding a word to a multi-line paragraph merged or reflowed its lines. Two causes: - Chrome/Skia subset fonts leave glyphs of the /DW width out of /W. has_glyph treated those CIDs as missing, so words containing them measured short, run calibration inflated, unchanged rows rewrapped and new letters fell back to Helvetica. A composite subset with an explicit /DW now counts a ToUnicode-mapped CID absent from /W as present. - Text drawn turned on the page (landscape pages drawn a quarter turn round) was joined into lines and rows along the page's x axis, so the whole paragraph became one line. Lines, rows and blocks are now found along each text's own baseline (identical values for upright text), a turned paragraph is rewritten in its own text space, and that rewrite keeps explicit line breaks. Formatting part of turned text is refused instead of being misplaced.
