Sir Clangington III.andLabDennis 8a04b6d5c2 M8: Bound and reuse repeated redaction overlays (#1426) ...

Consolidate the reviewed change and its follow-ups on current upstream.

Original change notes:
M8: Bound and reuse repeated redaction overlays

Prepare appearances within a shared 8 MiB budget before changing the document. Reuse one measured and encoded row, reject excessive geometry, and preserve document and undo state on refusal.

Fixes #1326

M8: Preserve upstream font metrics in bounded redaction overlays

M8: reuse ordered redaction mark groups (#1326)
