RiceDee eba7e47159 M7: text_edit with aligns alone keeps the paragraph's rows ...

Without new text, text_edit rewrote a paragraph from its text joined
with spaces, so its rows were rewrapped into one and only the first
entry of `aligns`, which counts rows, had any effect. With `aligns`
given, the paragraph's own rows (its editor text) are kept, as in the
app.
