Marco Arnulfo 57ab6fcb2a fix(cos): the renumbering check follows a shifted header (refs #1628) ...

With junk before %PDF the table's offsets are relative to the header, so the "1 G obj" check is also tried there, as load does; otherwise object 1 stayed free and a full save dropped the image.
