* M14: correct parity checklist statuses (gap 24) * M14: gap 24 parity fix-ups: localization reasons, stale Czech claim, split table - misc.localization notes: drop the claim that Czech and Brazilian Portuguese lack dialog coverage (cs.tsv 2,314 and pt-br.tsv 2,255 entries after #1066); give the real reasons it is partial (Chinese tofu #826/#688, no Telugu release font, Arabic not mirrored, English fallback). The language is settable through the UI control channel, only not through an automation tool; 97 shipped features have no tool, so that alone is not why it is partial. - target-app-parity.md: header said localization "shipped"; it is partial. - Mainstream/specialist split recomputed from the checklist so the rows add up to the All row (508 + 304 = 812), with the slice rule written down. - ROADMAP.md progress-log entry in the house format, noting that the breadth move also counts earlier merges' checklist changes. cargo xtask parity passes; the three cited i18n tests pass.
