* M3: Save asks before writing over a changed file, one tab per file, locked autosaves (#2166) Save compares the file on disk with the version the document came from (its open, reload or last save) and asks before writing over another one, with Save as... to keep it; the changed-on-disk notice says what Reload and Save each do. A file that is open already comes to the front instead of opening twice. A running instance holds an exclusive lock file in the recovery folder and names it in its snapshots, so a second instance neither offers nor discards what the first is autosaving.
