4 people 2f64aac1e6 fix(test): reload tests pin the English interface like every other harness (#2239) ...

unsaved_changes_are_kept_until_reload_is_chosen looked for the English notice while the app
followed the developer's system language (Auto), so it failed on a non-English Windows.
