* M6: sort multi-select choice indices

Write ascending /I option indices without reordering /V selections.
Add forms and engine regressions for reverse selection and save/reopen.

Update only the resolved rustls version and registry checksum.
Keep the existing choice-index feature changes and advisory policy.
