* Allow mouse-wheel scrolling during text selection

* Keep wheel-scrolling a selection drag over the page gap and the next page (#721)

Move the wheel handling out of the per-page drag branch to after the page
loop, gated on the pointer being over the document area (like #759), so it
no longer stops once the pointer leaves the selection's page.
