M7: Hebrew in Edit text (reading order, writing order, Hebrew glyphs) (#521)

* Hebrew fix

* Tests: the faux-redaction audit gets its own work folder (it shared "audit" with the space audit, so the two raced)

* Arabic golden test: compare bytes only in a build without an Arabic face (CI's Linux job builds with craft-fonts)
