docs(roadmap): record the day's two changes

Browse Source 
`CLAUDE.md` asks for a progress-log line and a status line at the end of a session.

- The Annex D.2 alias codes, in both tables (`13e3154a`).
- Reading order in the text oracle (`50cbf5fa`), with gap 12's revision history.
